I graduated with a Bachelors degree from Washington University in May 2003, majoring in Computer Science and Finance. In the Fall of that year, I started work on my doctoral degree at the Mobile Computing Laboratory at Washington University under the supervision of Dr. Catalin Roman.
As part of my doctoral work, I conducted research on collaborative systems for mobile networks. My work involved developing a service-oriented computing framework for mobile devices and the design and development of a workflow management system for mobile networks. I graduated with a doctoral degree in August 2008.
In addition to my doctoral work, I was involved in the Graduate Council of Washington University, a body that oversees the administration of all Ph.D. degrees at the University and in Umang, the Indian Graduate Student Association of Washington University.
My hobbies include photography, tennis, and motorsports.
