I am a Ph. D student whose major is computer graphics. I was attracted to this field when I was an undergraduate, enjoying the beautiful pictures generated by fabulous ideas. Now my interest and loyalty stay unchanged, and get even deeper. My focus is mainly in geometry processing and medical application related imaging techniques, and was lucky enough to get some experience in them under the guidance of my advisor Prof. Tao Ju.
Ph. D student life is completely different from my previous experiences. Unlike studying, it's not only a stage of learning, but also a stage of creation. It's not only a job, but also a job that makes you feel sense of accomplishment and improvement. Unexpectedly, it's also a process that helps me realize my disadvantage and a process of correction. I am looking forward for more improvements and more works to be done.

I also have great interest in other cool stuff computer graphics can do, such as animation, digital image editing, visual effects, etc. I hope I would be lucky enough to have chance to get experience in those things too in my life.
