"Examples of Switch Mechanisms - Corrected Text for the Appendix," ATM Forum/95-0809, June 1995

The earlier revision of the TM 4.0 spec cited our earlier OSU scheme, and not the later ERICA scheme in the appendix section 5.7 "Examples of Switch Mechanisms". We propose the correction.
