Welcome to our website

BlocBuster is a program for identifying combinatorial correlations amongst genetic markers, determining carriers of these combinations, and optionally testing for associations between these combinations and complex traits/diseases. BlocBuster utilizes a novel systems-level approach that efficiently constructs genome-wide, allele-specific networks that segregate homogenous combinations of genetic factors in an unbiased manner. The current software is applicable to single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data. Please see our publications for more information.
