Project Interest and Availability Questionnaire

Please return a completed copy of this questionnaire to Professor Gill via e-mail at cdgill@cse.wustl.edu, or by submitting a printed copy to him at his office (Bryan 506) or in his CSE Department mailbox (in the copier/printer area of Bryan 509), by 2pm Tuesday January 23, 2007.

Please indicate your Friday lab section availability and preferences by marking any of the following times you cannot attend group meetings with an X, and then numbering the remaining times in order of preference (1 marking your first choice, 2 your second, etc.):
