Guidelines
Advance registration rates apply before September 30, 2009.
Conference papers: Every accepted paper must have at
least one registration at the full rate, and not at the student rate.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be made in
writing
and must be received no later than September 30, 2009 at 5:00 pm EDT.
Requests received before September 30, 2009 at 5:00 pm EDT will receive
a full refund less a $100.00 process fee. No refunds will be processed
for those canceling after September 30, 2009 at 5:00 pm EDT. All
refunds will be in the form of a check.
