US $149 for single OR double rooms. The Govt. rate is US $139. In addition, there is a 15% tax currently. Hotel Rooms will be blocked for the nights of October 19-20, 2009. In addition, the group rate would be available for five (5) days before Oct. 19th, 2009 and for five (5) days after Oct. 20th, 2009.
Reservations must be made by September 30, 2009, 5 pm US Eastern Daylight Time. Deposit is required, by credit card, check or money order for the first night’s stay.
For attendees making reservation online, proceed to the following link for the Wyndham Reservations: http://www.wyndham.com/groupeventsnew/ewrcc_ancs/main.wnt, enter the date of arrival and departure. The correct Group code will be automatically entered for you. Then click on the link “Make a Reservation for this Event now”. Please contact K. K. Reservation Guarantee: The Hotel may require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation. To guarantee an individual reservation, a guest must either (1) send a check or money order covering the first night’s room rate plus applicable sales tax received by the Hotel on or before October 9, 2009, (2) send a Hotel approved letter or form authorizing the Hotel to charge the room deposit and applicable sales tax to the guest’s credit card or (3) otherwise provide the Hotel with the guest’s credit card information by telephone in a Hotel acceptable manner. In addition, if a guest departs early, an early departure fee may apply. (Should guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received 48 hours prior to arrival date.)
